    Rosa Levine Sandoval

    Artistic Director

    Instructor: Creative Movement, Combo, Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Salsa & Dance Fitness

    Rosa is an award-winning choreographer and teacher with over a decade of experience helping students of all ages, from 14 months to adults, find joy and confidence through dance. Originally from El Salvador, she began dancing at age four and continued her training after moving to Los Angeles at the age of 10, studying Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Salsa, Bachata, Lyrical, and Contemporary at top studios including Debbie Reynolds and Millennium Dance Complex. She holds a B.A. in Theatre Arts with a Minor in Dance from California State University, Northridge, and has choreographed for stage productions including RENT, earning national recognition through the Kennedy Center's Devised Performance Initiative.

    Rosa has taught and led programs across the U.S. and internationally. Her teaching style blends strong technique with creativity and self-expression, creating a welcoming, uplifting space where dancers of all ages and levels can grow, connect, and move fearlessly.

    Gretchen Plinke

    Instructor: Creative Movement, Combo, Ballet, Contemporary, Modern & Dance Fitness

    Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Gretchen Plinke is a dancer and dance educator based in Chicago. Gretchen attended Loyola University Chicago where she studied ballet, Humphrey, Graham, and contemporary techniques, earning a BA in Dance and a BA in Anthropology. Since then, she has danced as a company member for Concert Dance Inc. and Dance Colony + Artists, having performed the works of choreographers including Edson Cabrera, Osnel Delgado, Venetia Stifler, Jeff Wolfe, and Luca Tessarini. She shares her passion for movement through teaching dance and fitness classes for kids and adults. Prioritizing bringing a humanistic, holistic approach to teaching and performing, Gretchen values the physicality and creativity of artistic exploration. She believes dance is for everyone and can provide a vehicle for personal growth and connection to others.


  • Lydia Bonjernoor Headshot

    Lydia Bonjernoor

    Instructor: Creative Movement, Combo, Ballet, Tap & Scottish

    Lydia is originally from rural Michigan and she primarily trained in ballet, Highland, and pointe at Studio 55 School of Dance. She moved to Chicago to attend DePaul University, where she earned a degree in Biochemistry and Computer Science. During her time at DePaul, Lydia unexpectedly discovered a love for teaching when she began instructing ballet and tap for young dancers at Chicago Children’s Theatre. 

    Through teaching, Lydia recognized the lasting influence her own instructors had on her and the home that her dance classes provided throughout her childhood. She strives to create that same positive impact in her classes by fostering a safe, welcoming, and encouraging environment for dancers of all ages. Lydia prioritizes helping dancers embrace their individuality, discover their own strength, and develop their confidence. She is also passionate about building a supportive dance community both on and off the dance floor. Dance has always made Lydia feel strong, connected, and inspired, and she is grateful and excited for the opportunity to share that joy and empowerment with her students.

    Sav Rice

    Instructor: Creative Movement, Musical Theatre, Tap, Tumbling & Dance Fitness

    Sav grew up dancing in Tampa Florida and studied all styles of dance from a young age. They danced with Art In Motion dance company for 10 years until the age of 18 when They moved to New York to study dance and theater. They spent two years at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in the Theatrical Dance program in New York City. While in New York Sav learned from some of broadways most talented dancers such as Chryssie  Whitehead, Maria Briggs, and Jena VanElslander. After graduating They moved back to Florida where they focused on their career in dance education. Sav trained to teach Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip Hop, and Musical Theater at Suncoast Academy of Dance in Dunedin Florida. Several years of teaching and growing later they were ready for more and moved to their now home Chicago. Sav is so happy to have been sharing her love for dance and the arts with student for 10 years. Sav prides themself on not just teaching dance but the history behind it. Always expect class with Sav to be fun, educational, and challenging.

    Ali Chaudhry

    Instructor: KickFit Boxing

    Ali Chaudhry is from the North Shore suburbs and has trained in various martial art styles for 5 years. He was first introduced to combat sports while attending University of Illinois Chicago through their boxing club. From there he expanded his training in Chicagoland area gyms, focusing on Muay Thai and mixed martial arts, and competing regionally. As an instructor, Ali hopes to help others find the community, perseverance, and motivation he has found through the sport. He values sharing his passion for kickboxing in a welcoming and empowering environment.
